We gauge our performance through regular customer satisfaction surveys. While compliments are accepted with humility, complaints are thoroughly analysed to correct any procedural lapses.

Our obsession for perfection had enabled us win International recognition. Dar Akhbar Al Khaleej Printing & Publishing won the Gold Award at IFRA 6 th Asia Media Award 2007 held at Manila , Phillipines and a Bronze at SAPPI European Printer of the Year Award held at Athens , Greece .
