Sheet fed division
Our Press room is a testimony for our commitment to modernisation. A Heidelberg CD 102 and a Heidelberg SM 52 are the mainstay of this division. A Ten-Colour press is planned for installation by first quarter of 2008.

We execute orders with varying degree of sophistication and complexity. While printing on paper or board is our main stream business, we also print on non absorbent substrates like Metallic paper / board, PVC Vinyl stickers, Transparent Plastic sheets etc. Both traditional offset inks and UV curable inks are used depending on the needs of the order. The coating unit in the offset press is used to apply water based varnish, or pearlescent coating or UV curable varnish.

Heidelberg SM CD 102 and Heidelberg SM 52, both have five printing and one coating unit. They are equipped with both IR and UV driers. These machines have a very high degree of automation, for both operations and for quality control. The higher productivity enables the press to turn around orders in a very short time. The closed loop control system using Axis Control ensures colour consistency right through the full length of the job. The printing machines are linked to the pre-press and digital information for the source files are transferred to the press for quick make ready.
